A teenage obsession with “Phantom of the Opera” has led to a life-long love of musical theater, especially guiding projects from Concept to Performance!

Mark is fortunate to collaborate with some of the top performers in Orlando, primarily at Orlando Fringe Festival. Here are some of the Tod Kimbro productions Mark has worked on!

  • My Illustrious Wasteland redux

    My Illustrious Wasteland

This elaborate sci-fi rock musical featuring a megalomaniac world leader was so timely and popular that it was selected for a 2-week run at New York Musical Theatre Festival in 2009.

    Dumpster Cats

    This funny musical featured the dark side cousins of Mr. Webber’s “Cats” and carry on in all sorts of dirty kitty ways in this fun romp from 2015.

    Future Legend

    This sci-fi musical from 2017 was a departure for Tod in that all the music was written by David Bowie, but arranged to tell the story of power mad sexy alien who loves to rock!

TheaterWorks Florida

Mark got to dust off his metal chops whilst playing in the backing band for Rock of Ages.  And wore a blond mullet wig! He has also performed in productions of Legally Blonde: The Musical and Little Shop of Horrors.

Another of Mark’s favorite productions is HAIR, and he was involved in productions at Seminole State College and West Orange High School here in Florida.
